About Jennifer

Life coach, mental health advocate, and fellow traveler on the path of grief.

My Story

Before that day, my role was clear. I was a stay-at-home mom managing the daily operations of our family life; school drop-offs, doctor appointments, practices, tournaments, lunches, laundry, schedules, and all the invisible details that keep a household running. I also worked part-time at a small Christian school. Life moved between baseball fields, volleyball gyms, and school activities. It was busy, ordinary, and steady.

Then one day, everything changed. My husband went for a run and never came home.

Grief introduced me to a version of myself I had never met. I had to learn how to parent grieving children while drowning in my own sorrow. I had to figure out finances, house maintenance, and how to sleep in a silent house. Most importantly, I had to figure out who I was when the person who anchored my life was suddenly gone.

My Philosophy

I don't believe that time heals all wounds. I believe that what we do with that time matters. Coaching isn't about toxic positivity or finding the "silver lining" in a tragedy. It's about holding space for the pain while simultaneously looking for the path forward.

As a certified life coach and mental health advocate, I combine my lived experience with professional training to help women navigate the impossible transition of sudden loss. You don't have to do this alone.

Let's walk this path together
